Family owned and operated, Executive Chef Nghe Tran takes Ha’s into a new era of health conscious eating, by redefining ways of preparing traditional Chinese food; i.e. completely eliminating MSG and other preservatives, and reducing the use of oil, sugar and salt by upto 50%. Ha’s cuisine is From-scratch, which means that there are no preservatives in any of their many homemade sauces. This new healthier approach allows for the natural flavours of the foods to shine through.
